Quality Policy

WDNA is a company that offers technological services and products especially oriented towards the telecommunications sector with an international scope.

It has a large group of engineers and scientists dedicated to R&D&I, offering both Software and Hardware solutions.

WDNA sets itself apart from others through its commitment to developing a unique system tailored to the specific needs of its clients, optimising costs, improving results, meeting deadlines and the specified quality requirements. Contractual requirements and the desires and expectations of clients are the sole criterion for establishing a quality standard for our services, which is a shared responsibility across all areas of the company. To achieve this in an increasingly competitive and changing market, WDNA has decided to establish an Integrated Quality Management System in accordance with International Standards: UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, based on the following principles:

  • Know the needs and meet the expectations of our clients, as well as the legal, technical and regulatory requirements applicable to each project, and fulfil them.
  • Communicate to the client possible alternatives or options that may better suit the future development of their processes.
  • Seek continuous improvement of our management system, as well as our internal processes, enabling us to be more efficient and therefore more competitive.
  • Involve our staff, with their contributions, in achieving the Continuous Improvement of the Integrated System.
  • Promote the personal and professional development of the people who make up our company.
  • Guarantee the protection and exploitation of the results obtained.
  • Establish and pursue objectives in Quality and Information Security that best align with the company's strategic directions and the needs of our clients.
  • Comply with Information Security requirements.

As a result of this approach, WDNA's efforts are directed across different areas of activity:

  • The constant improvement of the professional skills of our staff through annual training plans.
  • The detection of improvement opportunities in our Integrated Management System, through periodic reviews that ensure its permanent suitability and adequacy to the demands of an increasingly competitive market and a constantly evolving environment.
